You are not entitled to a refund or replacement if you change your mind after your order has been shipped.
If you order has not been shipped, then you may be eligible to a refund.
Depending on what payment method you selected when making your purchase we incur irreversible fees, and these fees are deduced from any refund issued.
Items that are defective are able to be returned within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Upon receipt of your item we will assess its functionality and assess if you are eligible for a refund. If you are eligible you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the you(5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, you must login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. NO returns will be accepted unless this process has been completed.
If you once you receive your item you decide to change your mind you will be unable to return your item. Please choose carefully.
